The idea of the project was born from several main premises. Firstly, the rapidly growing demand for medical services, the growing popularity of activities related to health, a healthy lifestyle, and healthy nutrition, including the use of natural data and their sources, resulted in the search for new paths of professionalization that met these needs. Secondly, there was a lack of educational offers that organized highly dispersed knowledge in the field of supporting the organization of health processes in the family, including physical activity, diet, mental health, and relationships, which became even more important in situations such as a pandemic.
Short training programs for employees of partner institutions were aimed at acquainting them with the specificity of the institution and presenting the developed solutions in the context of the implemented activities.
During the meetings, the progress of project activities and the results achieved were discussed. The issues of financial management, maintaining project documentation, and researching the impact of the project on organizations from the environment of project partners (external stakeholders) were also addressed.
A detailed concept for the training of Family Health Advisors was developed, taking into account previously established solutions and proposals.
In addition to the intellectual results of the project, the implementation of the project contributed to achieving numerous non-metric results, including the professionalization and quality assurance of health-related services. Project activities provided an opportunity to develop and ensure the quality of medical assistance services for families.
