A detailed concept for the training of Family Health Advisors was developed, taking into account previously established solutions and proposals.
The most important objective in this case was to create a common training structure, adapted to the framework conditions in individual countries, and to prepare a shared content base (the scope of transferred knowledge, skills, and attitudes) and organizational framework (the method of conducting classes, class methodology, inclusion of practical elements, and supervision).
As part of the project work and based on the results of the research conducted within PR3, we determined that it would be beneficial to expand the scope of the planned result and develop two versions of the training program. The first program, referred to as the "short" program, is a professional development course aimed at supplementing the competencies of individuals working with families, especially therapists, coaches, and counselors. This course consists of 110 hours of training and can be implemented by training institutions.
The second program is a Postgraduate Program – Family Health Advisor, covering 2 semesters of education, totaling 360 hours, including 76 hours of lectures, 142 hours of practical classes, and 142 hours of self-study.
For each course, detailed educational content, learning objectives, learning outcomes (knowledge, skills, attitudes/social competencies), graduate profile, basic requirements, and exam/assessment conditions have been defined.

Analysis of the Conditions for Implementing the Activities of Family Health Advisors in Family Support Systems in the Partner Countries
Based on the study of existing material and expert panels, a document was prepared for each country, containing an analysis of the legal, organizational, definitional, and conceptual framework for the functioning of Family Health Advisors. It also included an assessment of job prospects for Family Health Advisors in individual countries, particularly in the context of other professions and the availability of similar social services. Additionally, a SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the conditions for implementing the family model of a Health Advisor.
The prepared material served as the starting point for planning the implementation of the developed solutions in partner countries. This process was carried out in parallel with the work related to the development and testing of a model training program for families.
